We have very recently refurbished the office space and added several great facilities such as showers, a modern kitchen with a top-range Nespresso coffee machine, and a manned receptionist to take deliveries.
Legal requirements set restrictions on the equipment, desk furniture, and temperature of workplaces. We have taken these concerns off of your hands by guaranteeing perfect working conditions for everyone, which links into your business’ culture.
We understand that ever since the pandemic a lot of work has been conducted over zoom call meetings and so we wanted to offer a space we are yet to see one of our competitors offer, a Zoom room. The Zoom room can be booked easily through the member’s portal and has soundproof surroundings to ensure confidentiality as well as great internet connection to guarantee the highest quality calls. It has also become vitally important that offices take into account the physical and mental wellbeing of their employees. We have designed our breakout space to not only be a great networking opportunity to meet like-minded professionals from an array of industries, but it was also designed to provide a comfortable space for our tenants to relax, reduce stress and recharge for work.
This goes without mentioning our meeting rooms, these can also be booked through the members portal, there is a meeting room for up to six attendees and another larger meeting room for up to eight. We aimed to design these meeting rooms with high quality modern and comfortable furniture.
