Can we use Bay Business Community as a registered address?
Unfortunately we don’t allow members to use the building as a registered address. If you’re a private office or fixed desk member, you may use the address as a correspondence address and our reception team will accept deliveries and post (a handling charge may apply).
Can we bring visitors into the space?
You are welcome to bring professional visitors into your private office, the meeting rooms or the breakout space. The member is responsible for visitors to the site, who must be signed in and accompanied at all times. We ask that visitors are not taken into the shared desk areas to ensure security and privacy.
Can you provide a phone service?
Our reception is not able to manage calls on your behalf, however we can provide a phone line service for private office users via our external provider (additional charges apply.)
Do you have a car park?
Unfortunately we don’t have car parking facilities on site, but we are right next door to Auction Mart car park (Lancaster City Council) or we can recommend other nearby facilities used by our members.
Do you have printing facilities?
We have printer/scanner/photocopiers available in the shared desk areas. These are operated on a reasonable use policy.
Can I access the space outside of working hours?
Our reception is manned from 09:00 – 17:00 and these are the access hours visitors. Private office and fixed desk members are able to access the space out of hours using their secure entry fob.
