Located centrally in Lancaster, we’re open to small businesses, sole traders and freelancers who want to join a community of other professionals. With superfast WiFi and collaboration spaces, we have everything you need to get work done by yourself or with your small team.

With a fixed desk in our office space in Lancaster, you can have a permanent base, pop in between client meetings, or just get a change of scene from working from home. If you prefer you can have your own private space, we have rooms for 2 to 15 occupants.

We offer “easy in – easy out” terms with a simple licence agreement which can be terminated at any time on one month’s notice.
